The more we all step into our creative mastery, the more amazing things we can all make real for ourselves and others. To me: You, mastering the skills you truly desire to spend your days with — is the biggest contribution you can ever give yourself and others.
You don’t have to see yourself as a “creative” to enjoy what we publish; we all use “creative thinking” and generate energetic frequencies all.the.time.

When we generate, we set energy in motion, making things like electrons and atoms oscillate at various tempos. This is “generating energy” and “generating frequencies”. When a seed grows into a tree — the seed generates itself into the tree’s shape. We too, are generated by energy, and generate energy.
Everything physical runs on energy and holds a resonance frequency. The content on generationwatts.com assists you to dial into your personal resonance frequency. It’s part of Generation Watts’ and my commitment to teach how to optimize and master this process of generation. The more people who master their resonance frequency and energy, the more incredible generations and experiences we can collectively form — a win-win for everybody!

Generation Watts is made by me, Kissey Asplund. Not knowing what Generation Watts was when I began, my elevated awareness guided me to what it needed to become. The whole project evolves each day, which is so fun and inspiring. I love generating and my days are spent:
Generating/creating
Researching creativity and energy
Testing and developing teachable techniques
Creative consulting — teaching others how to optimize their power of generation and form their ideas into physicalness — Sessions available here
I mostly work with makers, entrepreneurs, and performers from an array of backgrounds, and in various subjects; from those just beginning their journey to those of mastery who want to scale up their project or capacity.
I’ve meditated and created (generated) since an early age. You can read the story about my meditation journey and creative background here. I’m my biggest testimonial that this stuff works. I teach, guide, and generate the techniques that I use myself.
why ?
To me, humanity is beautiful! I see many fantastical capabilities available within us all. Have we reached those yet? No. Can we do so soon? Yes! In order to access them, we must first connect deeper within. There is a wealth of energy that you can access when you decide to align and be proactive in what you generate, much more than we understand today. Everything we sense is grounded in energy and synchronicity — this includes creative mastery.
You are an energetic being that holds a personal resonance frequency; a personal identifier, if you will. When we know “who we are” and which frequencies our body’s “physical form” consists of (our timebound), we may ground our idea state’s equations in this reality and action what our elevated awareness desires to form. This is how we access better possibilities and form more good consequences. We all already own all the generative tools we need! All we must do is master how to activate them. This may enhance our personal energy to run better than it does today.
In my eyes, the process of generation is the most powerful process we have.
Generation is a process everyone utilize; no matter who you are, what you believe in, or if you know how it works or not. Everything made is a energy generated via the same system; not only when we create art, design, or music. This means when one hone’s pro-active generation, one may use this skill in every part of their life, not only in a specific subject.

Generation Watts is independent. Here, we discuss the underlying system of energy that we all use; no matter what belief system you have (or don’t have), the information on here may apply. Many systems, from science to religion to spirituality, speak about the same phenomenon from different angles. I believe we can work together and reveal the threads that connects it all. We can build a better understanding of how physical reality works when we all collaborate. Collaboration allows us to see the beautiful correlations between the various systems, rather than focus on what makes us diverge.
How Generation Watts contributes to the conversation:
Focus on knowledge that bridges the gap between the timeless elevated awareness and timebound physical form
Locate the bridges that already exist between the many modalities, and highlight these correlations to you and others

I don’t want you to follow my (or my collaborators’) words blindly; I’m a woman who loves teaching progress enhancement, generation (creation), human energy production, and the framework of physical energy. I guide and teach—I’ll never tell you what you should or shouldn’t do. I believe in your inner capacity to take the right decision for yourself.
Therefore, you must do your own research to verify if the educational information on here will work for you as it does for me. Generation Watts is a place where we present an hypothesis relating to energy and creative wellness.
