Studio experiences are calm, focused, and highly experiential. Every session and class is designed to shift your state—mentally, emotionally, and energetically—in a way most can feel immediately.
Energy meditation (class experience)
Through guided internal focus and energetic frequency work, participants quickly drop into a deep meditative state. Participants refer to Kissey’s classes as a modern form of meditation.
These sessions help increase clarity, destress, enhance focus and support nervous system balance. Many who normally struggle to meditate have voiced how effortlessly they access stillness during sessions.
Private coaching Sessions (1:1 or group Experience)
A session with Kissey combines targeted conversation with precise energetic recalibration. She identifies belief patterns and energetic blockages that limit clarity and progression, then works to restructure them in real time.
Clients move between focused dialogue and periods of deep meditative stillness. This enables their system to release resistance while integrating new beliefs. The process is direct, efficient, and tailored—helping clients access more clarity, stable energy, and momentum.

Kissey Asplund is the founder of Generation Watts, an intuitive creative consultant, and a music producer. Kissey blends 36 years of creative practice, 24 years of study in mind-body connection, and a decade-long apprenticeship in applied energy- and frequency-work. Her method integrates mental performance coaching with energetic transformation to help clients create an external that mirrors the potential they have inside.
