Generation Watts is generated and made in a community-uplifting intent, therefore, we do not approve any abusive use of our website(s) or contributor(s) of any kind. We classify abusive behavior such as but not limited to;

You may not post as us, Generation Watts, and you may not use our logo(s) or phrase(s) on products, services, in print, online, in promotion or any other distribution forms at any time without our prior written consent.

You may not replicate our website-design and post-formatting.
You may not record a smaller audio outtake and distribute such recording— For example you may not record 20 seconds of a podcast and then distribute that recording on your own website(s). If you wish to use audio to reference something that has been stated email: hi@generationwatts.com, for written permission.
If you want to repost audio content it must be done in full form beginning to end of a full episode. For example if our podcast is reposted the entire podcast episode must be reposed versus an excerpt that has been re-recorded by you. You are not allowed to record an excerpt, see previous bullet point.
You may not use any of our sites’ content, logos, or our name(s) in an abusive or malicious way at any time.
Generation Watts® is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both United States and foreign countries. This includes our logo(s), website design, media (including text, words, images, videos). Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of the Company.
