Everyday Physicalness – Observing how Energy Generates its Patterns

PATTERNS are energy clusters that occur more than twice in a set frame (a set measurement). Their construction forms the smallest of small and the largest of large in our reality.

They occur everywhere, in our emotions, actions, experiences, and even in the objects around us. When we understand how PATTERNS are formed, we can utilize this information to generate great physicalness, including art, music, dream projects, life experiences, entrepreneurial builds, relationships, and much more.

We use the words “generate”, “generator” and “generation” interchangable with the words “create”, “creator” and “creation”

What Do Patterns
Have to Do
with Me?

If we look around, we can observe that almost everything is constructed in rhythmical repetitions: patterns.

I enjoy playing with my food when I cook. Studying the ingredients is really a great way to learn how the assembly of the smaller can render the larger. We often overlook this aspect when we set out to generate something great that we desire. For that grander to form, we must first solidify the structure of the smaller greatly.

These images are of everyday patterns and were taken from my vantage point; to me these patterns are impressive. We interact with them almost daily but rarely stop to appreciate their geometry and naturalness, all available right in front of us and constantly within our reach.

Patterns,
Creativity,
Equations,
and What
We Desire
to Generate

To understand how to construct your equations with more vibrancy, I encourage you to do the following: Take a couple of minutes here and there throughout your day to do some research based on this question:

“ What patterns are occurring inside and outside of my body? ”

This can be done at any time, such as when we cook, work, walk, hang out, buy a coffee, or drive. If balanced enough when observing, we should, in our backend, start picking up on underlying equations of sorts. These are the formulas behind everything that we actually sense physically.

We are interested in understanding these equations, because the more we comprehend how energy functions and how it prefers structuring itself, the more we can attribute this knowledge back into our systems. This will then shift how we generate frequencies and the way we form our desired creative outcomes.

At first, it doesn’t need to be too detailed and can be done in five minutes or less. You can do it as quickly as this:

“Right now, I am writing this piece. My fingers are percussively forming a pattern when touching the keyboard. The tree in front of me is growing its leaves in a spiral pattern, shifting the direction of each one slightly. Patterns are emerging all over, in how often the motorcycles jet down the street, in how frequently the wind lifts the cotton curtain, in my breath’s movement, in how the dirty dish stack has been piled, as well as in the ottoman’s fabric.”

We do not need to count anything specifically or consciously understand the exactness right now. Pretend that I want to skill-build my generative process, I could then study each of these patterns deeper and see if there are any correlations that stand out. For example:

  • Is there a similar color scheme occurring?

  • Are there materials repeating themselves throughout my environment?

  • Are the frequencies in the motorcycles’ sounds correlating with the “pitches” of my keyboard strokes?

Another alternative is that I could choose to reverse engineer the initial observation and go into more detail instead. For instance:

  • How many leaves are there?

  • How many ridges and folds does each leaf have?

  • How does a new leaf compare to an older one?

Meditation Is Not
About Chilling
Out, It’s About
Vibe-ing
Stronger

Observations of these kinds are a form of meditation. Culturally, we often associate mind work with someone who sits still, has no thoughts, and has no feelings. This is not how I see meditation. Doing a quick and easy observation lets our brain rest in this moment; usually, this is all that we want to achieve when we set out to meditate anyway.

In “this” moment, we can conserve the most energy while being the most vibrant.

There is no need to be anywhere else or achieve anything beyond what is in front of us. For some, doing a small burst of centering will at times give them more in return than a full one-hour sit-down meditation.

What we need completely depends on the resonance frequency that we currently generate, the energy we wish to achieve in the future, and how we need to calibrate these two in order for them to match up.
