Since ancient times, THANKFULNESS has been a super tool for anyone who wants to use their mind to influence reality.
Many confuse the energy of gratitude with the energy of THANKFULNESS, thinking they are the same. In this deep-dive video, Kissey Asplund breaks down their differences and why you should focus on THANKFULNESS, appreciation, and blessings if you want to manifest at the next level.

Thankfulness vs. Gratitude for Manifesting Results | The Energy of Thankfulness (Deep Dive)
Thankfulness is Not Another Wellness-Gimmick.
When it comes to wellness and motivation, there are many things we've heard before. Being "thankful"—is one of them. Many wellness-gurus promote thankfulness as the way to create a "big shift"; even when we don't feel in mood for it.
When I analyse the back-end of energy, the power of feeling thankful is not about the ritual itself. Instead, it is a way to tune our energy system into the right oscillation. The energy of thankfulness helps us:
Build resonance and momentum
Generate more of what we actually enjoy, like, and want to experience in life
Tap into our own energy
Uplift our own energy-system (empower)
It is not about the energy of thankfulness itself; it is about all the things that happen when we act in said energy. We may use it as a tuning fork to operate at a better frequency.
Thankfulness is a Mechanism—a Tool that Helps you Become Yourself.
Thankfulness is a technique that forces our minds to approach things differently. Here, we train ourselves to see good outcomes, beneficial moments, opportunities, advantages, silver linings, and harmony—even when our self-talk is telling us there is none. It's not about us settling with how things are—but instead we acknowledge what actually works.
Instead of falling into cultural traps such as gossip, complaint, and passive aggressiveness, we can use thankfulness as a method to build a harmonious momentum.
When we tap into the energy of thanks, we also tune our focus. The more we train ourselves to see life in a particular lens, the more this becomes our natural go-to eventually making us run this frequency on auto-pilot. The culture wants us to focus on what is wrong, the negative, the horrible, the worst-case scenario, the fear. But we can reverse engineer the pattern and focus on the good instead—to build resonance and generate more if this.
The old way of consumerism is fueled by that we never have what we need—no matter if we already own it or not. And to fulfill such imaginary need, one must also fear the lack of such factorized need.
Thankfulness is the antidote. It helps us see resources that are available now, open up our view to what is possible in the moment, and center in on what is possible. Instead of relying on the fuel of fear, we tap into the fuel of wealth abundance. It is not about settling for what is, but instead building more momentum in the direction that we desire to experience.
It is easy to fill the inner void of fear with distractions, but they are simply signals of us being abstracted. You don’t need more stuff—you need more meditation and moments of high-quality presences such as watching the sunset, hiking in the forest, listening to the birds, watch a sunrise, go to the gym, or however you meditate.
Gratitude Stagnates Frequencies—Thankfulness Celebrates and Uplifts.
Watch today's video completely until the end. In it I break down why I recommend skipping the energy of gratitude and go directly to thankfulness. This may seem like a controversial opinion, but there is a significant difference when looking at how these two energies act. The emotion that we culturally connect with gratitude is actually the energy of thankfulness. For now, pause the energy of gratuity and focus towards the energy of thanks. Thankfulness is a building frequency of energy-exchange (empowering) being in gratitude causes the effect of gratuity (stagnating).
In this video, we'll also go over how:
• Blessings and appreciation works (two more amazing tools),
• Saying "thank you" and "I love you" to others is actually us projecting this energy to ourselves (and how this works energetically)
I'm aware that this opinion (about gratitude and thankfulness being opposing energies) might bend some of your realities. Again, see the full video to learn why it is viewed that way.
