Why Self-Acceptance and Embracing Who You Are is Key for Mastery.
What if everything you have been reaching for externally is already available within you?
This is not a question. This is an energy law—in this episode of Generation Watts, host and founder, Kissey Asplund, guides you through a special meditation that highlights this concept. Episode 8 is a replay of a collaboration born from a meeting between Kissey and Sierra, founder of Quantum Photonics Club—a STEMM nonprofit dedicated to empowering human intelligence worldwide through science, community, and inclusivity. That conversation inspired Kissey to compose and guide this meditation. It's a frequency composition designed to help you embrace who you are, accept others, and elevate into your next level.
Self-acceptance is not a soft concept. It is a tool. Your body and mind are the instruments you used to direct focus, steer attention, and generate energy in this reality (aka creativity) When you don’t fully embrace who you are, those instruments become out of tune—and everything you are trying to create build, or achieve becomes harder than it needs to be.
Think of your reality as a symphonic piece that is constantly playing. The way you affect the music is not by reaching for an instrument outside of yourself—it is by learning how the instrument of you actually works. The deeper you know yourself, the more naturally your decisions align with your truth. From that place, you may stop wasting energy on things that restrict your flow.
This meditation explores the same principles that physicists, artists, and athletes all return to: observation, alignment, and the creative capacity that lives within every human being. As ancient texts have long described; when your Being is clear, your Doing becomes more powerful.
The music in this episode is an original frequency composition produced by Kissey in 432Hz—a sonic sum of everything that emerged from the meeting with Sierra.
Visual viewers enjoy the dynamic footage of a summer rainstorm coming over the mountains in Avon, Colorado.
What you seek externally is available internally.

Generation.
Hi everybody. This is Kissey Asplund from Generation Watts. Super. Congrats on one year Quantum Photonics [music] club.
Today you're tuning in to a meditation on embracing self, embracing [music] yourself, which I know is very important to this group. Therefore, I'm going to read the core beliefs of the club because I think they're so beautiful. [music]
The Quantum Photonics Club believe [music] all human beings can embrace who they are, define their future and change the [music] world regardless of backgrounds, race, ethnicity, gender, [music] religion, social standing, income levels, etc. [music]
[music]
[music] I recommend to get into an active position or posture, no matter what position you decide to meditate in. If you're sitting up, [music] see if you can [clears throat] activate your stance. If you're standing up, see if you can activate your [music] stance.
If you fall asleep during this meditation, that is completely fine. [music]
[music] We will begin with a breath in through the nose and an exhale through the mouth. [music] And when you inhale, feel how the belly expands and then the lungs. [music] And when you exhale, feel how you relax in the lungs. And then your belly returns to its resting position.
Inhale [music]
and exhale. [music]
Inhale
and let go.
[music]
Inhale
[music] and relax. [music]
Continue breathing in your own temple. [music]
Feel
[music] how the air is coming in through your nose down to the lungs. Does it smell [music] anything? Does it feel anything? [music] And when you exhale, feel how the air passes through your mouth. Does it taste anything?
[music]
Feel your internal
[music]
the way I see it. When we meditate, [music] we are accumulating and honing presence. We become more present in the present moment. We [music] become more anchored in our bodies. [music]
[music]
When we achieve this connection, when we are anchored in self, we can invite our timeless elevated awareness, the knowing
or [music] whatever you want to call it, that generated the first cell into the [music] beautiful composition of a being that you are today. [music] The reason we want to connect deeper with this is because when the physical form and the elevated awareness [music] are in sync and working together,
we access [music] our full potential. This is where we [music] can innovate. This is where we are inspired. This is where we are in love and have love for others. This is where we really embrace our full potential and power within.
[music] Inhale
and exhale. [music]
Inhale
and exhale. [music]
[music] While you continue breathing, choose a body part. [music] Observe that body part. I even recommend meditating [music] with your eyes open. You can look at the body part. [music] Evaluate
what does it look like on the outside? How does it feel on the inside? What am I feeling? If you for example are observing your hand, how does it feel to touch [music] the fabric of your clothes? How does it feel to touch different surfaces around you?
Is there a softness? Is there a solidness? [music]
The more we begin [music] understanding the uniqueness of ourselves, the more we embrace [music] the beautiful composition that we are.
[music]
Your breath and your heartbeat and many other moving parts in your body and [music] outside generate the beautiful rhythm of you. [music]
[music]
And this rhythm is unique. [music]
The way you walk, the way you speak, even the way that you turn the page in a book while you're breathing, [music] while your heart beats generates a beautiful composition of frequencies [music] that represents you.
[music] And we all have a unique frequency composition. [music] And together we all form harmony [music]
and a beautiful song [music] that constantly [singing] generates itself. [music]
that is in interplay with itself.
Your [music] body
is [music] made of millions of parts. And there are millions of parts outside [music] of you that exist inside of your body. [music] Iron made when stars collide.
silica, [music] quartz, oxygen,
[music] water, hydrogen. [music] What we eat that then gets metabolized [music] into beautiful, beautiful parts that our body and cells [music] converts into building blocks.
You [music] are a part of the grander and the grander is a part of you.
[music]
[music] Breathe in
and [music] exhale.
Embrace [music]
Breathe in
and relax. [music] There's no need to worry. There's no need to seek. [music] The answers are already within you. [music] The innovation is already within you. [music] The inspiration is already yours.
The power potential that you're seeking, [music] the power potential of energy being vibrant, energized [music] is already a mechanism, a tool that you have access to. [music]
The question now is how do you develop [music] this? How do you become yourself even more? How do you [music] embed yourself in your rhythm even stronger? [music]
[music]
Observe the body part. Observe the lungs. Observe [music] the inhale through the nose and the exhale through the mouth. Observe [music] your posture.
Embrace yourself. [music] Embrace your energy. Embrace your [music] capacity. Embrace your potential. Embrace the beauty of yourself. Embrace who you are. [music] Embrace your magnificent, unique and extraordinary rhythm [music] that is a part of this reality and highly important [music] to the totality of everything.
[music]
[music]
[music]
[music]
[music]
When we begin to realize that we already have all the tools and mechanisms [music] within ourselves, within our system, that we are innately born [music] to be here, that We're innately born with the capacity that we need when we realize that everything is already available within. And it's all about embracing it, accessing it, [music] discovering it, discovering yourself. [music] It doesn't have to be perfect. It doesn't [music] have to be all at once.
It can be one step at a time. It can be an adventure that you are on that doesn't have an end, doesn't [music] have a beginning. The adventure of you and your brilliant [music] potential. It's not about anybody else. [music] It doesn't matter about anything or anyone else. [music] They are beautiful in their own rhythm. You are beautiful in your rhythm. And together we all create a beautiful [music and singing] harmonious totality that can be in love frequency with each other. [music]
that can share and that can elevate ourselves into the next level. [music]
It's already within you. [music]
You just have to access it. It's [music] innately yours.
[music]
I hope you enjoy this meditation. Till next time. Bye.
